The Gold Buffet is our full service: we arrive, set up a line of gold chafing dishes, light a name plate for every dish so guests know the dodo from the moi-moi, and keep it all hot and full until the last plate.

Your quote sets out the food, the chafing dishes, set-up and serving team in writing before you pay a deposit.
Can we mix the buffet with trays?
Yes. Many hosts take the Gold Buffet for the main meal and trays of small chops for the reception.
